Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safety and security of your new appliances, and our packaging is tailored to protect them during transit. We strive to keep the shipping costs affordable for our customers, and we aim to deliver your appliances in a timely manner to enhance your overall shopping experience.
 
At Five Brothers Appliance, we believe in transparency and simplicity. Our Shipping Policy is clear and concise, reflecting our commitment to building trust with our customers. We understand the importance of reliable shipping, and we work diligently to meet your expectations for a seamless delivery process.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Five Brothers Appliance, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re here to make sure you love your purchase and feel confident shopping with us. Our return policy is designed to be fair for both you and our team, so you always know exactly what to expect.

1️⃣ Please Check at Delivery

When your appliance arrives, take a moment to look it over with our delivery team. By signing the delivery form, you’re confirming everything looks and works great, and that you’ve reviewed our return policy.

2️⃣ If Something’s Not Right

If there’s any damage or it’s not working as it should, let us know within 48 hours so we can fix it fast. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or exchange at no cost once the issue is confirmed. If more than 48 hours have passed, your appliance will still be protected under warranty.

3️⃣ Changed Your Mind?

We understand plans change! If the appliance is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 7 days. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Delivery, installation, and pickup fees are non-refundable.

4️⃣ Warranty Coverage

After 7 days, your appliance is covered by our Five Brothers Shield or the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty covers repairs for mechanical or electrical issues, but not returns for preference or cosmetic reasons.

5️⃣ Items We Can’t Take Back

Used, installed, or altered appliances.
Items with scratches, dents, or missing parts after delivery.
Clearance or “As-Is” items sold without warranty.
Purchases without proof of receipt.
